The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each in overall good condition; with the expected minor surface wear; some with minor fritting to the mouth and footrims; scattered tiny rim chips to a few bowls; one with a loss to its underside; one with a shallow rim chip; one with some overpaint at the rims to address repaired chips; a slightly hazy appearance and some scattered imperfections, as is typical of cargo wares that have been on the ocean floor for hundreds of years.
