(i) Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Light-stained. Few scattered pinpoints of foxing. Edges irregular. Artist's tack-holes to the corners and center edges. Faint staining to the upper edge and right half of the card, possibly from moisture. Small nicks to the upper left edge. A short tear, an expertly repaired tear and a u-shaped repaired paper loss to the upper edge, as well as two expertly repaired vertical tears to the right lower edge. Faint vertical creases along the left edge and to the left half of the card.
Framed dimensions: 28¹⁄₄ x 28¹⁄₄ x 2¹⁄₂ in.

(ii) Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Light-stained. Few scattered pinpoints of foxing. Right and left edges irregular. Artist's tack-holes to the corners and center edges. Two fine pieces of card adhered along the upper right and left edges with tape. Small tear to the left lower edge. Three short expertly repaired tears to the right upper, center right and right lower edges. Small paper loss to the center right edge. Faint scuff mark to the center lower edge and to the lower right corner. Flattened creases along the left and right edges and scattered handling creases.
Framed dimensions: 28¹⁄₄ x 27¹⁄₂ x 2¹⁄₂ in.

(iii) Upholstered chair. Minor nicks, chips and losses to the paint, consistent with age and use. With scattered areas of refreshment to the painted wood. Some separation at the joins and a few scattered hairline cracks to the wood (stable). The right arm support re-supported with glue where it meets the arm rest. The upholstery with some wear and soiling in places, most notably to the front edge of the seat. In overall good decorative condition. Stable and ready to be placed.
