The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

The ground with some scattered staining and discoloration, including possible water stains. The selvage edges with some minor tears and losses. Fold creases, particularly along the middle running lengthwise.
