Overall good condition with light surface scratches and minor wear commensurate with age and gentle use.

The glass shade is hand-painted along the inside with a lovely, lush rose bouquet design with blossoms in various shades of pink against dense forest green leaves. The outer rim of the shade where it begins to fold in with three minor chips (largest ³⁄₈ x ³⁄₈ in.). The rim where the metal hardware rests with scattered edge chips, not visible when set in place.

The base is with a brass finish with a pierced rim to hold the shade in place set on four whiplash arms with pierced foliate legs, centering a cylindrical stem mounted on a circular base. The metal surfaces with light surface scratches, minor abrasions, and scattered areas of oxidation as to be expected with aging of this material.
