The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall condition commensurate with age and use. The six glass shades are well-matched and present with an amber tone and richly iridized surface. The glass with minute inclusions, surface irregularities, and scattered air bubbles, inherent in the making. The shades with light surface scratches, minor wear, and minute edge chips along the upper rim (largest 1⁄8 in.). The metal fixtures present with warm brown patina and green overtones that has been enhanced at some point in the history of the piece. The metal surfaces with minor wear to the patina, abrasions, scratches and scattered areas of light oxidation. Each of the wall canopies have been later drilled with two holes for installation, some holes with black marker residue. The sockets appear to be original with Bryant paddle switches. Presents well and ready for display.
