Overall good condition with light surface scratches and minor wear commensurate with age and gentle use. The shade presents with reactive, mold-blown glass in a two-tone gradient of deep navy blue to a teal blue when unlit. While illuminated, the shade presents with a vibrant emerald green tone to a yellow-green, peridot tone. The glass presents with minute inclusions, surface irregularities, and scattered air bubbles inherent in the making. An area (approximately 1 x 1¹⁄₂ in.) near the top of the shade of hardened adhesive residue. The top rim with an area (1 x ¹⁄₄ in.) of irregular polish, with some minute edge chips. The lower rim with minor wear and minute edge chips (less than ¹⁄₈ in.). The top rim later engraved B702. The shade rests slightly askew on the present base. The bronze appears with a warm reddish-brown patina and green verdigris within the recessed areas. The metal surfaces with minor wear, scratches, and scattered areas of light oxidation typical with aging of this material. With a modern light cluster fitted with late period sockets with Bryant paddle switches.
