The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

There is considerable wear to the silk floss ground, and to areas of decoration. Some lifting and losses to the embroidered borders for the stylized design. A few areas of professional repair scattered, particuarly to the top edge and the side borders.
