The four panels formerly a petticoat, with creases for waist fitting, slits for pockets and hem at bottom edge.
Presents in a larger element of three joined panels - with irregular top border. Pieced at the top edge. Soiling and evidence of water marks throughout. Some areas of darker discoloration. Tiny tears and scattered holes. The fourth panel - pieced at the top edge. The selvedge undone in areas. Evidence of water marks, soiling and areas of discoloration throughout.
The second element dimensions 40 in. (101.6 cm) long; 197⁄8 in. (50.5 cm) wide
