Fairly good condition overall and ready to use. Redecorated as stated in description. The upholstery is not original and is in very good condition with only minor marks and wear. As stated, restorations, including to the decoration, which has overall inevitable minor scattered chips, losses, dents, knocks and abrasions, as well as to the frame, which has been re-supported to both X-frame supports. Repaired breaks to legs and some loss of timber around these breaks. Despite this the window seat is structurally stable.
