The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Two glass panels with cracks; Decoration to glass largely refreshed and now with a later gilt foil backing to reverse. Panels where the reverse decoration with traces of oxidized green outline is probably original. Gilt metal mounts re-gilt and with some losses, dents, bening and surface dirt.
