Closely related shell-form boxes, attributed to the Moxos or Chiquitos regions of Bolivia and dated 1770-1790, are in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (accession numbers M.2007.30 and M.2009.04, and both are currently included in the exhibition, Archive of the World: Art and Imagination in Spanish America, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, June 12, 2022 - October 30, 2022).
