Ormolu with typical rubbing, light surface scratching and some oxidation. Some of the thinner elements slightly bent out of shape. Some droplets with some small chips, light surface abrasions. Some droplets lacking and other replaced, including one larger glass bead to an arm. The most obvious loss is one of the cut-glass elements to one arm of the central pendant.
