Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

The chapan with strong pigments and nice color overall. The ikat is pieced in areas as to be expected. There are small tears and separations along the seams. With a few small holes and areas of water marks and discoloration. Light fraying to the edged silk. The interior printed cotton with areas of discoloration and light soiling to the surface. Some separating to the pieced seams.
