Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.
The coat in good condition. The velvet with some areas of bleeding of pigments. There are repairs to the underarms and some losses to the trim, around the neckline for example. Some rubbing and wear to the velvet along the crease lines as expected. The interior lining with light soiling scattered.
