The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

The mull cotton ground very thin and delicate and with areas of spot staining, small patch repairs, and minor fraying. The areas of embroidery with very minor losses and pulling to the silk threads, overall in good condition.
