The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

Areas of loss to silk floss, most notably the blue and dark green couched floss. Losses, wear and some shattering to raspberry silk taffeta lining. Some surface soiling. General losses as expected with age. Overall colors remain vibrant.
