The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: fair. Shows signs of wear, with discoloration to colored foil. Pinstem of later addition.
-Additional marks: hammer assay mark.
-Stones: foil-backed and of decorative quality, many with eye-visible and surface reaching inclusions and fractures.
-Seed pearls: variously-shaped, with eye visible pitting and blistering and variations to nacre.
