Overall good to very good condition. As stated, the carpet is reduced in length with the seam where the lower field meets the main border. Good pile throughout with some areas of wear and exposed foundation; the most significant area is in the lower field with foundation exposed (about 2 ft. x 10 in.). Sides have re-bound selvages. Ends complete and stabilized. Would benefit greatly from a professional cleaning.
