The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is not laid down but attached to the mount at two places at the upper edge. The sheet is slightly cockled and there is some staining at the extreme edges and the four corners from previous fixings and light surface dirt. The colours are strong and fresh and the drawing could be hung without further attention.
