We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Cover:
The cover has been broken into possibly four pieces and restuck, and the finial has been off and restuck; all with associated restoration and overpainting.
Two nicks to the rim.

Parfumier:
The entire handle has been off, broken into six pieces and restuck, with associated restoration.
A flake to the enamels on the body.
A small section on the narrow side of the parfumier has been off and restuck, with associated restoration.
A minute repair to the foot rim.
Three labels to the base:
- a circular paper label reading 'R.H.R.P.'
- a rectangular paper label with the handwritten inscription 'Collection / of the / Rt Hon. Lord Brownlow'
- circular paper label reading 'The Palmer Family Collection - Online I / CHRISTIE'S HK / S 23835 / Lot 1505 / Autumn 2024'
General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
