Phoenix vase:
The extremity of a dragon's horn possibly chipped off and polished.
A few nicks to the rims, edges and extremity, a few of which possibly polished.
A few natural inclusions and flaw lines within the stone.
A circular paper label with the handwritten inscription '150' under the base.

Seated figure:
An area of restoration to the figure's proper right knee.
A few nicks / small shocks to the edges, rims and surface.
Some surface scratches under the base.
A circular paper label with the handwritten inscription 'X243' under the base.

General age-related surface wear as can be expected.
Please note that the phoenix vase was displayed in a cabinet at the Palmer family home and appears in the old blackand white photograph of the cabinet published in the catalogue.
