The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

One:
A small polished chip and a small nick with an associated fine hairline below the mouth rim
A flaw to one side of the body, which is original to manufacture
A nick below the second higher metal ring rim.

The other:
The shoulder has an approx. 2.5 x 3.5 cm. area of overpainting to one side with associated flakes.
A small surface chip to the body.

Both:
A few age cracks to the enamels.
General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
