The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
An approx. 10 cm. wide C-section starting from the mouth rim extending to the well broken in several pieces and restored with associated extensive overspraying and touch-ups, as well as faded decoration in the well.
Some nicks under the foot rim.
Some wear to the enamels and a few flakes to the enamels.
Wear to the gilding.
A circular paper label reading 'R.H.R.P. / 222' on the base.
An oval paper label reading 'ORIENTAL CERAMIC SOCY. / 19.. EXHIB N...' on the base (with faded handwritten numbers to complete).
Age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
