The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- Two restored chip to the mouth rim, and a small section of the mouth rim broken and restored, associated with an approx. 5.5 cm. long hairline crack going down from the mouth rim, associated with extensive overspraying.
- A few minute flat nicks and minute kiln adhesions to the footrim.
General age-related surface wear and firing spots as can be expected.
