The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The blue and white moonflask:
- There are two chips, the largest measuring approx. 1 cm. long, and a couple of nicks to the mouth rim.
- There are some glaze flakes and small flat chips and frits to the edges.
- There are few firing faults.
- Age-related wear to the foot rim.

The bronze-imitating moonflask:
- It is in good overall condition.

Both moonflasks with some general age-related surface wear as can be expected.
