The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a nick and a few very minute nicks to the edges and rims.
- There are some scratches.
- There are a few thin hairline cracks.
- There is an old label on the brush pot's side.
Otherwise, the brush pot is in overall good condition with slight general age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
