The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
There are some nicks to the edges, rims and extremities, some oh which possibly polished.
There are a small chip to the vase's mouth rim, a flat chip under a relief flower's petal and to a pine tree's leaves.
A relief bamboo leaf has been chipped off and polished.
The is a bruise to the foot rim.
There are a few fissures / flaw lines to the lower section of the vase, one associated with bruises / losses.
The ends of a few relief branches have possibly been chipped off and polished.
There are a few small chips to the relief decoration on the cover.
There are some natural cloudy and russet inclusions within the stone.
General age-related surface wear as can be expected.
