The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The feet have been polished, one foot with a flat chip.
- There is a 0.6 long area of abrasion to the lobed body on the outside.
- Some glaze gaps/firing flaws, mainly to the mouth rim, some associated with small losses.
- The glaze in the well is extensively worn.
General surface wear and scratches, mainly inside the jardiniere.
