The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The figure is unstable.
- There are a chip and three small chips to the end of the robes.
- Minute nicks to the extremity of two fingers.
- There is a chip to the foot rim on the back.
- There are a few small firing cracks under the glaze.
There is slight general age-related surface wear, as well as a few minor firing flaws as can be expected.
