We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. The first lion has its back right foot broken and restuck with some small damages along the break. The tip of the tongue is restored. The second lion has two legs broken and restuck. There are some natural flaws to the belly area. Both have some three small holes which have been filled-in to the backs and under the feet. There are some minor nicks, wear, surface scratches and some natural flaws within the stone.
