We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The foot has been removed with associated polishing.
A section of the mouth rim has been restored with associated overspraying.
There are some scattared surface nicks to the glaze, and some nicks to the foot rim.
There is a network of crackles characteristic of the type of glaze, some of which are hairlines (the main one is horizontal and above the foot rim).
There are a few scattared glaze burst bubbles and firing faults.
The base bears an old paper circular label reading 'L. WANNIECK / PARIS'.
General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
