We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The center petal of the tiara has been chipped off, a section of the end of the stem on the proper left shoulder has been chipped off, a finger from the proper right hand has been chipped-off (another finger from this hand possibly restored).
A section of the stem along the proper left arm has been restored.
Some dents / nicks to the rims, edges and extremities.
Most inlays are missing, a few might have been replaced.
The base plaque is missing.
Some wear to the gilding.
Traces of polychromy on the back of the tiara.
General age-related surface wear and scratches.
