-There is a missing section to one of the central points of the crown.
-There is wear to the gilding, and some areas of the gilding have beeen refreshed.
-The red lacquer on the reverse and some areas on the front might have been later added, and with some associated scattered losses,
-There is a small loss to the tip of one ribbon.
-There are some losses to the edges to the base.
