The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The four porcelain snuff bottles:
Three stoppers and the spoons missing.
One with a nick inside the foot rim.
Good overall condition.

The jade snuff bottle:
Spoon missing, the stopper possibly a marriage.
A few very minute nicks to the rims.
Natural cloudy inclusions within the stone.
Good overall condition.

The painted enamel snuff bottle:
Spoon missing.
Some areas of restoration to the enamels.
A small loss of lacquer to the base.

The five glass snuff bottles:
Three stoppers missing, the spoons missing.
One with a nick to the mouth rim.
Some very minute nicks to the rims and surface.

All with age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
