We have sought to record changes in the conditoon of these piece acquired after their initital manufacture.
The standing figure:
- The right hand as been reattached.
- There are very small areas of restoration to the extremities of some fingers on both hands.
- There is a surface line to the reverse of the green robe, measuring approx. 4 cm long.
- There are few small chips to the base rims.
The seated Budai:
- There is a restoration to the right hand with associated overspraying.
- There is a circular label to the base, reading 'Eymery & Cie - 372 rue St-Honoré Paris 1er' and 'Khang-Hi 1662-1722'.
The large seated figure:
- The head has been broken through the mouth and below the ears and reattached, with the restoration not visible to the naked eye.
- There are scattered kiln splits, most notably to the base and reverse of the figure.
- There are chips to the exterior of the base with some small old losses, the largest measuring approx. 1.4 cm x 1.5 cm.
- The base is uneven and there have been added four small felt pads to address this uneven base.
- There are four black character to the lower edge of the front, reading: 'Fu Xiang Xian Feng'.
- There is a black ink cross to the base.
The seated figure of Guanyin:
- There are some light restoration to some tis of the fingers and thumbs.
- There are a few tiny nicks to the extremities of the base and to the aperture on the reverse.
The figures with general age-related surface wear, scratches and minor firing flaws as can be expected.
