The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The smallest teapot: there are two sections which have been broken and restuck, the largest measures approx. 3 cm wide with a small area missing.
There are a few tiny nicks and chips to the rims of the other three covers. There is a minute chip to the tip of the spout of one teapot.
There is some minor surface wear particularly to the foot rims of each teapot.
Otherwise these are in overall fairly good condition.
