The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these paintings acquired after their initial manufacture.
- Both paintings are framed and glazed and have not been inspected out of their frames.
- There is fading to both paintings with some creasing, light spotting and light areas of discolourations.
- Both paintings have a few small tears that have been restored.
- The frames have some wear and scratches.
