We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. - There is some light fritting to the mouth rim, some small scattered shallow chips, some of which have been ground. - There is some fritting with associated nicks and light staining to the foot rim and frits to the vertical and horizontal edges. - There is a chip to the base measuring approx. 2 cm. long with some associated old restoration and light staining covering an area of approx. 6 x 2.5 cm. - There are some surface scratches and light wear to enamels as expected. - There are a few raised scattered nodes to the surface, part of the firing process. - The enamels are bright and vibrant.
