The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is some light fritting to the mouth rim, some small scattered shallow chips, some of which have been ground.
- There is some fritting with associated nicks and light staining to the foot rim and frits to the vertical and horizontal edges.
- There is a chip to the base measuring approx. 2 cm. long with some associated old restoration and light staining covering an area of approx. 6 x 2.5 cm.
- There are some surface scratches and light wear to enamels as expected.
- There are a few raised scattered nodes to the surface, part of the firing process.
- The enamels are bright and vibrant.
