- The paper mount with a loss/tear and some humidity stains.
- There are some worm holes/small holes.
- Two leaves with a few tears/losses.
- There are a few small creases.
- The calligraphies with some tears and losses associated with some restorations.
- There are some humidity stains/foxing and traces of dirt.

The couplets in running script by Wu Ronggang:
- One with some worm holes along the left edge of the scroll.
- Both with some tears, losses, stains, traces of dirt, associated with restoration.
There are general age-related surface wear as can be expected.
