The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
- One box with a short T-shaped hairline crack starting from the mouth rim.
- Both boxes with a small nick to the upper extremity of a duck leg.
- Some areas of abrasion on the blue enamel inside along the rims and on the yellow legs.
- General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
