The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The cover:
- A chip and a few nicks to the rims, the largest measuring 0.4 cm. x 0.3 cm.
The vase:
- Overall good condition except for few nicks to the extremities and a few small losses to the extremities of some leaves and one phoenix claw.
- Some natural flawlines and inclusions within the stone.
- General age-related surface wear as can be expected.
