The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
A large chip measuring approx. 6.4 x 3 cm. and two chips under the base.
A chip to the proper right horn, a few small chips to the surface
Some flakes to the glaze.
Traces of soil.
Some areas of wear to the glaze.
Some deep scratches and surface abrasions.
