We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. - There is a network of crackles to the glaze all over (consistent with this type of glaze), possibly associated with some hairlines especially to the mouth rim. - Some minor deep scratches, associated with minute losses of glaze. - There are some firing flaws, including a more important one on the foot rim. - Minor nicks to the foot rim. Otherwise, the vase of an attractive red colour is in good overall condition with general age-related surface wear as can be expected.
