The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There are a few natural inclusions and flaw lines, the main one with russet inclusions and possibly partly filled-in.
- There are a few nicks to the rims and edges.
- There is a flat chip on the upper rim of the cover.
- There are a small chip and a nick to the cover's rim.
The vase with light general age-related surface wear as can be expected.
