The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
- There are minute nicks to the rims, edges and raised decoration.
- The 'chilong' snuff bottle with a minute nick possibly polished and associated to a minute crack, with a minute C-shaped crack on the neck.
- The 'figural' snuff bottle with a small chip to the back of the head of a relief figure.
- The spoons are missing ; one stopper missing, the other two stoppers with nicks, a roundel broken and restuck, cracks and traces of glue.
The snuff bottles with general age-related surface wear and few minute bubbles as can be expected.
