The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The ribbed snuff bottle:
- A small chip and a shock associated with a minute V-shaped crack to the mouth rim.
- A few small minute nicks to the rims.
- The stopper and the spoon are missing.

The smooth snuff bottle:
- A few minute nicks to the rims.
- Metallic spoon ; jadeite stopper.

The carved snuff bottle:
- A few minute nicks to the rims.
- A minute crack to the foot rim.
- A small section of the mouth rim is possibly polished.
- The stopper and the spoon are missing.

General age-related surface wear as can be expected.
