The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

One plate:
- A few flakes to the enamels.
- Two very small chips and a few minute frits to the rim.
- Two nicks to the foot rim.

The other plate:
- A few flat chips under the rim.
- A small chip and a few nicks to the foot rim.

Some wear and surfaces of abrasions to the enamels.
A few scattered firing spots and pin-size glaze gaps.
General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
