The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The first plate (Diameter : 22.5 cm) :
- There is an insignificant underglaze minute nick to the edge.

The second plate (Diameter : 22.8 cm) :
- There is a small firing flaw to the rim over a reserve, measuring approximately 0.4 cm wide (1/8 in.).
- There is one nick to the edge.

Otherwise, the plates are in overall good condition, with some slight age-related surface wear, scratches and minor firing flaws.
