The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

The unframed kesi:
- The lining is mostly unstitched.
- The lining has some tears.
- There are some tears to the upper edge of the kesi.
- There are sime loose threads.
- There are some worm holes to the lining.
- The lining has some humidity stains.
- There are some wears.

The frame kesi:
- There are some losses on the edges.
- There are some holes all over the kesi.
- The lining is missing.
- There are some stains.
- Some threads are unstitched.
