We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There are a few nicks to the rims (some of them possibly polished).
- There is little wear to the black pigments inside the incisions.
- The glass stopper with a few nicks to the rim, its green roundel has been reglued ; the spoon is missing.
Otherwise, the snuff bottle is in overall good condition with some slight age-related surface wear and natural inclusions/flaws within the stone as can be expected.
